$300 up to 3 hours. Homes over 3500 sq ft may require additional time. We can discuss this when we schedule an appointment.

Additional consultation time $150/hour

Occupied Photo Prep

If you have already had your initial consultation and finished the action items, you may be interested in a photo prep session. This game-changing service is designed to ensure that your marketing photos capture your home at its very best and leave a lasting impression on homebuyers. We take care of all the necessary details so that you can fully enjoy the results of your hard work. For the best outcome, it is recommended to have us return either the morning of or the day before the photo shoot.
